Els Pinets II

Pinets II is part of a group of two houses located on the property “Els Pinets”.

The access is through an electric gate with remote control.

Each house is completely fenced and independent, with gardens with trees, flowers and well-kept lawns. At the end of the road there is a shared swimming pool.

Pinets II is a detached house, very comfortable and cozy, conditioned with everything you need to live comfortably.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, a complete bathroom, dining room, kitchen and terrace.

On the first floor, a large attic, with terrace and two beds, a sofa bed and a toilet.

It is completely fenced and surrounded by garden with grass, with many trees and plants.

There is an outdoor terrace with barbecue, in the shade of a large acacia, with furniture to eat and rest outside, and another glazed terrace, table and chairs.

Covered parking, for 2 or 3 cars. Ping Pong table. Swimming pool shared with rustic Pinets, with automatic purification and night lighting.

Both houses are equipped with everything necessary for the customer to feel at ease: two refrigerators, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. . They are also equipped with WIFI.

The houses are located between Benicarló and Peñíscola, in La Ratlla del Terme, 175 (12580 Benicarló). Easily accessible by national road N-340. 500 m from the beach. 200 m from Papa del Mar campsite. 400 m from the hotel Peñíscola Plaza Suites, where you will find the bus stop Vinaros – Benicarló – Peñíscola every half hour. 5 km from the castle of Peñíscola. 2 km from Benicarló.

Nearby you will find several large supermarkets: Bonpreu, Mercadona and Lidl.

Possibility of tourism in Peñíscola, Vinaros, Oropesa del Mar, Morella, Castellón, Delta del Ebro, Valencia, inland villages, etc.
You can go fishing, hiking, scuba diving, long bike rides and jogging (5 km along the sea), and so on.
